Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. Enterprise plans are subject to custom agreements. Refunds are handled per our refund policy.
Limitation of Liability
AIVENTURA's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
